Beograd picks up first win with Brasov and DVTK winning as well

After just missing on picking up their first win of the season on Friday night Beograd came through on Saturday with a win over Csíkszereda. DVTK had a come from behind win over Debrecen.

Titánok-Brasov 3-6
After Brasov only scored a shootout goal against MAC the night before they opened up the scoring. Adrien Lemay and Zoltán Tőke were the two starting goalies for the game. Preston Shupe put the home team up early in the game but minutes later Tomas Klempa scored a shorthanded to pull even. Robert Gliga gave Brasov their first lead of the game but Dániel Mazzag scored seconds later for Fehérávr to send the two teams tied up at 2-2 into the first intermission. The two teams exchanged goals in the second period as Klempa scored his second of the game with Péter Vincze pulling Fehérvár even at 3-3. The final twenty minutes was all Brasov as Csaba Nagy scored twice and István Nagy once with Brasov pulling away in the final period for the second win on the road trip.

Beograd-Csíkszereda 6-3
Csíkszereda had their new import goalie starting against a hungry Beograd. Alexei Trifanov was in net for Beorgad and the visitors countered with Raphael Girard.  Beograd opened up a 2-0 lead after the first period on goals by Petar Novakovic and Hugo Turcotte, in the first minute of the third period Turcotte had Beograd up 3-0 but Péter Róbert ending the shutout. Beograd scored two power play goals to go up 5-0 and pretty much put the game away. Csíkszereda came back within two goals but Turcotte completed his hattrick as Beograd picked up the win.

DVTK-DHK 4-2
Debercen looks to be turning this around, Dávid Gyenes was starting in net and the Player of the Week Attila Adorján was in net for DVTK. The games was scoreless for a long time up until the 33rd minute when Sergei Piskunov scored for Debrecen. In the third period DVTK scored twice in under a minute as both Adrián Tóth and Nikandrosz Galanisz found the back of the net. Márton Sági made it 3-1 before Ákos Berta scored a power play goal to make it a one goal game. Márk Miskolczi scored an empty net goal in the final minute of the game.
