Since the start of the Champions Hockey League season Balázs Sebők’s debut was followed up by the debut of Vilmos Galló, with Mátér Gáspár still waiting.
On the first match day István Sofron’s club Krefeld lost 2-0 to the Finnish club Kärpät. Linz for the second game in a row played without Máté Gáspár in their lineup as they lost 6-3 to Düsseldorf.
Linköping started CHL match play on Sunday with Vilmos Galló in the lineup however he only sat on the bench as the 13th forward in the 3-2 shootout win.
KalPa was back on the ice on Sunday as well with 4-3 shootout win against Ocelari Trinec, Sebők did not register a point. Match play resumes on August 27th when Krefeld travels to Kärpät and Linz will face Turku
