
The Champions Hockey League has the final 16 set and no Hungarian players are left as Linkőping was eliminated last night by Liberec.
After Máté Gáspár, balázs Sebők and István Sofron’s teams were eliminated earlier in the season in the group stage from the CHL Vilmos Galló made it to the final 16.
Linkőping faced Czech club Tygri Liberec, in the first game in Liberec the home team won 4-1, which meant that Galló and his team had a tall task in front of them. In the rematch the Czech club won easily 6-3, Gallló however did play the entire game on the fourth line, he finished with a -1 which was among the better side on the roster.
