
The Disciplinary Commission no.2015-16/052 decree
The Disciplinary Committee investigated the MOL League game MOL 223 (DVTK Jegesmedvek – Debreceni HK) where Vladislav TROSHIN player of Debreceni HK kicked his opponent's leg. Penalty did not happened.
The Committee made the following conclusions: After 46 minutes the player of Debreceni HK, kicked out the leg of the opponent player from his back.
IIHF RULE 160 – SLEW-FOOTING
DEFINITION: A player who dangerously kicks an opponent’s foot or skate from behind or who pulls an opponent backwards while at the same time knocking or kicking his feet from under him. A player who slew-foots an opponent will be assessed a match penalty. According to the establishment of the Disciplinary Committee the player kick the opponent's leg from behind, when the puck was no longer near to them. According to IIHF rules this movement could particularlycause injury, only the most severe penalties are applicable to it.
The Disciplinary Commitee suspends Vladislav TROSHIN, the Debreceni HK player for 2 matches. The player will sit down his sentence at the next 2 MOL League matches.
