For the first time this season Fehérvár had a three game week as they played on a Tuesday along with the usual Friday-Sunday game days. The injured list for Rob Pallin has been a revolving door for Fehérvár this season, this continued this past week as well.
HC Innsbruck-Fehérvár AV19 2-1
Fehérvár had defenceman Attila Orbán back in the lineup and also signed Timotej Sille, missing from the lineup was Bartalis, Banham, Sarauer, Blackwater and Brocklehurst,Tihamér Becze picked up an injury during warmups and Dániel Kóger also picked one up during the game. Head coach Rob Pallin game Miklós Rajna the start. Both goalies played well in the game as the first goal was not scored until the midway point of the game, unfortunately it was Ross who put Innsbruck up 1-0, Fehérvár tied it up in the early minutes of the third period on a Chris Francis goal. In the end Volán could not hold on as a second Ross goal led to fehérvár extending their losing streak to six games.
Olimpia Ljubljana-Fehérvár AV19 0-1
There was some good news on the injury front before Sunday's game in Slovenia, Andrew Sarauer was to play his first game of the season. Coach Pallin went with Rajna in the net, hoping that he would be able to end the six game slide the team was on. For the fifth game in a row Fehérvár scored only one goal when Tamás Sárpátki set up Kevin Wehrs for the power play goal. Because of the outstanding performance by Rajna in net this was all the scoring they needed in the shutout win.
Fehérvár AV19-Klagenfurt AC 2-1 (SO)
Another EBEL game, which meant for Volán someone comes off the injured list and someone goes on it. Frank Banham was back in the lineup after being out for a number of weeks and Kóger was back after missing just one game but joining Bartalis, Blackwater, Brocklehurst and Becze was Sárpátki as well. The goal scoring did not pick up for Fehérvár even though they had two scorers back in the lineup. Defenceman Bence Szirányi scored in the opening minutes of the third period, Volán looked to hold on for the rest of game, Rajna played outstanding but Jamie Lundmark capitalized on a mistake with just under ten minutes left in the game. The score remained 1-1 through the rest of the game and overtime. In the shootout Chris Francis and Andrew Sarauer converted their chances to keep two out of the three points at home.
