Fehérvár AV19 Forward Donát Szita: Villach had a big advantage with playing two games at home, they did not have to travel as much as us. Traveling six hours and getting off the bus and playing a game is not the best situation, they also had a team that was older than us. Villach is a good team that were just as talented as us, the series was decided on the small things. Of course I am disappointed, this has never happened since the EBYSL start that Fehéráv lost in the first round of the playoff.

MAC Budapest head coach Szabolcs Fodor: The two home games were very similar even though we lost the first one, we were over excited in the beginning of both games on the first game we were not able to get over it. We played almost a perfect game in Innsbruck and today we were overly excited at the start, maybe it was playing in front of a home crowd, but luckily we were able to calm down. We capitalized on the scoring chances and played solid in the back.
