Injuries have knocked out a couple more players from the men's senior training camp. Balázs Gőz, István Sofron and Viktor Tokaji will also be missing.
The men’ senior team opened up camp on Monday for their upcoming EIHC tournament that will be held in November. Rich Chernomaz will not have Gőz (groin) Sofron (elbow) Tokaji (shoulder) and Hajós (concussion) for the training camp.
The original 46 man roster was already without István Bartalis, János Hári, János Vas and Márton Vas however Ferenc Kocsis and Nikandrosz Galanisz were added to the roster before the camp opened.
On Monday afternoon the team hit the ice for a 100 minute practice session which consisted of an inter squad scrimmage. On Tuesday they will have physical tests, another scrimmage and roster cuts, and in the afternoon another on ice session with a couple of players and member of the coaching staff playing in the Sapporo Heros vs Czech Legends game.
