Starting March 8th tickets for the matches against Austria on April 10th and Slovenia on April 12th are now available for purchase.
The Hungarian national team will be playing host to two “A Pool” national teams in Ausztria and Slovenia in the recently renovated Tüskecsarnok. Hungary faced these two national teams right before the World Championships, during a Hockey Gala in László Papp Sports Arena and at the World Championships as well. Despite coming up on the short end of the score against both teams both in Budapest and in Korea Hungary was able to gain valuable experience against teams that are not that far ahead of them with regards to hockey.
Before the friendlies head coach Rich Chernomaz will have a one week training camp where he will have time to see what players fit into the system that he will be using during this years World Championships. In Krakow Hungary will be facing in this order Japan, Kazakhstan, Italy, Ukraine and Poland.
The road to Krakow goes through Vienna where on April 8th at 18:00 Hungary will take on Austria at the home of the Vienna Capitals, ALbert Schultz Eishall. The rematch will be in Budapest on April 10th and the last warm up game on the 12th against Slovenia.

Important Information
Sections A, B, and P have been reserved for the more intense fans who would like to stand during the length of the game cheering and hollering, for fans that would like to sit and enjoy the game it is recommended that they avoid the previously mentioned sections.
The visiting team will have section J reserved for them.
