Coaches' Corner:
Rich Chernomaz: We played really well today, I didn’t think we could play this well. We were tied after the first period but we managed to score the first goal and we dominated from there. We stuck to the game plan and played disciplined, I am very proud of the team and i think we closed out the tournament the way we wanted to.
View from the Ice
András Herszényi: This was a great experience for me, especially the final game that clinched it for us since this was my first world championships. The Lithuania was a tough opponent during the first period, but we were able to step it up in the second and third periods.
Gergely Arany: Today we played like how we were supposed to, we dominated Lithuania from start to finish even though they were playing in front of a full house. Everyone knew what they had to do and they stuck to the game plan and in the send it was an easy win.
