Fehérvár had a chance to close up to second place MAC with facing last place Brasov on home ice, Alex Scola got the start in net for Fehérvár, Brasov countered with Zoltán Tőke in net. Brasov took the lead late in first period when they took advantage of their first power play of the game when Zsolt Molnár put the puck past Scola. In the second period with Hunor Márton and Árpád Mihály in the penalty box Mitch Holmberg scored on the two man advantage, but there was till a power play left on the books, this time Ferenc Kocsis scored to give Volán the lead. Zsolt Molnár scored his second goal of the game later in the period to tie it up. In the third period Fehérvár went up by two in a span of under two minutes when Máté Arany scored his first goal of the season, and Holmberg scored his second of the game. Alba Volán would hold on for the last five minute of the game for the two goal win.

FTC-HSC 3-4 OT

WIth only two points separating the two teams and outside of the playoffs looking in, both clubs were in the fight for points. Krisztián Budai was in net for Ferencváros and Marek Peksa for Csíkszereda. FTC jumped out to a 1-0 lead on the first power play of the game when Joona Manninen set up Jereme Tendler, minutes later the two forwards switched roles as Tendler assisted on Manninen’s goal to make it 2-0. Vladimir Dubek put Ferencváros up by three goals early in the second period, however just past the midway point of the game Ede Mihály put Csíkszereda on the scoreboard minute later Zsombor Antal made it a one goal game. In the third period Kirils Tambijevs scored to completed the HSC comeback, neither team managed to score in the final minute and the game went to overtime. In the extra session Attila Rafaj was called for tripping, on the ensuing powerplay Tambijeves scored his second goal of the game to give HSC the road win.
