After playing with half a roster against MAC Budapest, HSC Csíkszereda had a full roster for their Sunday game. Marek Peksa was in the visitors net whereas Dávid Duschek was defending the home net. In the second minute of the game Gergely Borbás had given the home team the lead. In the second period Kirils Tambijevs setup Huba Bors for the power play goal to tie it up at 1-1, just over a minute later Zsolt Azari put Dunaúváros back up by one. The game got exciting in the third period Péter Németh put DAB up by two goals but HSC Csíkszereda managed to tied it up at 3-3 after Anton Berlev and Kalvis Ozols both scored. Neither team was able to break the tie and the game went into overtime. After a scoreless seven minute overtime period the teams turned to the shootout to determine the winner.Anton Berlev decided the game with his winning shot.
UTE-Brasov 2-1 SO
The home team Újpest was hoping to pick up points against last place Brasov, the two goalies of record were Ales Sila for UTE and Zoltán Tőke for Brasov, who was without their captain Árpád Mihály. The two goalies battled throughout the first period but UTE got on the board first when Péter Gágyor scored his first goal of the season. The two goalies battled hard throughout the rest of the , late in the second period when Zsolt Molnár tied it up at 1-1. The third period did not bring any change to the score, after a scoreless third period and overtime the game went into a shootout that was decided by Eric Pance to keep two out of the three points at home.
