The Disciplinary Commission no.2015-16/004 decree The Disciplinary Committee investigated the MOL League game MOL 21 (BRA-HSC) after 48 minutes in which Imre JANOS (BRA) received 25 min PENALTY (UN-SP-unsportsmanlike conduct),and made following conclusions:
The said player after 48 minutes of play showed an obscene gesture which is against IIHF rule 168-unsportsmanlike conduct. “A player or team official who makes any obscene gesture to any person on the ice or anywhere in the rink before, during, or after the game will be assessed a match penalty."
The commitee upholds the on ice desicions and the player will be suspended for one game
