On May 28th all the teams of the MOL League were represented at the league meeting except for ASC Corona Brasov, along with Ágnes Kelenvölgyi from the MOL Group.

Ágnes Kelenvölgyi welcomed the ongoing development of the league and the effort to to expand, she also informed the clubs that MOL will stay as the naming sponsor of the league but the amount that they will give to the league will not be fix until the league participants is set.

According to the league by laws only teams participating in the league are allowed to vote, however in the offseason only teams that have sent in a letter of intent to participate in the following season as well as who has paid a deposit on the entrance fee. At this moment only half the teams in the league have done both requirements, because of this Péter Kerey stated at the beginning of the meeting that nothing will be voted on.

Csaba Kovács the HIHF technical vice president stated that the day before at the federation's executive committee meeting according to the rules and regulations the committee had voted to let MAC Budapest and Fehérvár AV19 join the league by a vote of five to two with one abstaining. Since the Federation had never used this power in the past the League executive committee will turn to legal council regarding this matter and the expansion has been tabled to a later date.

After private meeting the league executive committee released the following statement.

The MOL League discussed the admittance of MAC Budapest and Fehérvár AV19 to the league on May 28th. At the meeting the HIHF technical vice president informed the league that at the federation meeting on the 27th they had voted to to admit the two clubs into the MOL League. The members of the MOL League would like a legal explanation with regards to the HIHF and the MOL League bylaws. Until this is done the MOL League is suspended, because of these circumstances the league committee has stepped down and until a new executive committee is elected they will  work as temporary directors of the league.
