Brasov-Újpest  2-1

After picking up three points against Csíkszereda on Sunday Újpest looked to bag all six points on the two game road trip.

Brasov took a 1-0 lead in the early parts of the first period as Zsolt Molnár scored an unassisted goal. Later in the period Tamás Virág put the puck past Patrik Polc and in the back of the cage as the visitors pulled even. The two teams stayed deadlocked at 1-1 through the rest of the first and second period.

The third period remained scoreless up until there was 11 seconds left in the game when the MOL League's very own Finnish Flash Juha Heitamäki scored the winning goal.

"Evgenii Pisarenko shot a low shot from the blueline and I just tipped it in," said Heitamäki about his goal.

DAB-FTC 6-4

The visitors from Budapest took an early 1-0 thanks to Jere Ölander, DAB tied the game up when Tamás Gröschl scored at the 14:05 mark of the first period. Dusan Sijka scored late in the period to for FTC to give them the 2-1 lead after one.

Halfway through the game the home team was on a two man advantage when Nikandrosz Galanisz took a pass from Balázs Ladányi from the far side of the crease and put it into the empty net, four seconds later Galanisz won the faceoff skated in and fired a shot that Krisztián Budai had no chance of saving and just like that Dunaújváros was up by one. DAB went up by two when Robert Szabados found the back of the cage in the early part of the third period. Mikael Potila pulled FTC back within one but that was not enough as Ladányi scored a power play goal and Imre Peterdi assisted on Henrich Jabornik's empty net goal. In the last minute of regulation Gábor Kiss scored a powerplay goal for FTC.

Csíkszereda-Nové Zámky 2-5

The lone goal scored in the first period came off of the stick of Martin Frolik, then Vaclav Novak made it 1-1 5:36 into the second period.

In a four minute span in the second period Nové Zámky rattled off three goals to make it 4-1, Lubomir Hurtaj found the back of the cage twice, once on the power play and Marek Uram added a PPG of his own. Szabolcs Szőcs brought Csíkszereda back within two at the beginning of the third period but that was the closest they could get, Martin Frolik set up Erik Weissmann for the fifth Nové Zémky goal.

Miskolc-DAB 4-5 SO

Jordan Knox put the home team up on the scoreboard at the 13:10 mark of the first period. In the second period Tyler Metcalfe doubled the lead with a power play goal. Andrew Contois set up Balázs Ladányi to end the shut out, and before the period was over Henrich Jabornik made it 2-2.

Dunaújváros took their first lead of the game on a Imre Peterdi goal in the first minute of the third period. Less than two minutes later Adrián Tóth evened it up for the home side. Both teams scored a goal in the remaining part of the period to send the game into overtime, Nikandrosz Galanisz and Curtis de Bruyn scored for their respective teams.

After a scoreless extra period the game was settled in a shootout in which Galanisz had the winning goal for DAB.Docler.

Nové Zámky-Csíkszereda 4-5 OT

Miroslav Stefanka put Nové Zámky up in the early part of the first period but Csíkszereda answered on a Szabolcs Szőcs goal and took the lead in the last minÚjpest of the first period as Ervin Moldován set up Tamás Farkas for the go ahead goal. The home team tied it up as Ondrej Stefanka put the puck in the cage, the visitors took back the lead as Mike Danton put the puck past Jan Chovan for the goal. Csíkszereda took a two goal lead on Attila Góga's even strength goal.

The third period was all Nové Zámky with both Erik Weissman and Marek Dubek scoring power play goals and send the game into overtime where Zsombor Molnár won it for the visiting squad.

DAB-Brasov 3-1

Dunaújváros jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first twenty minutes, Róbert Szabados scored a goal from close range and Tamás Gröschl had a dandy short hander to put his team up by two.

The only goal in the second period was scored by Martin Saluga as Evgenii Pysarenko and Roberto Gliga were credited with the assists.

In the third period the home team got their two goal lead back as Balázs Ladányi put the puck onto the stick of Dávid Szappanos who skated in unopposed and slipped the puck past Patrik Polc to set the final score at 3-1.

Újpest-Miskolc 0-4

Levente Szilagyi put the home team up first on an unassisted goal in the first period, Adrián Tóth doubled Miskolc's lead at 12:53 of the first period.

Just like in the first period Miskolc scored both goals in the second period as well. Balázs Láda made it 3-0 when his shot on the PP made it past József Pleszkán and into the back of the net. The fourth and final goal of the game was a PPG as well but this time it come from the stick Miskolc captain Tyler Metcalfe to make it 4-0, Dávid Duschek kept a clean sheet as he stopped all of the Újpest shots.

DAB-Nové Zámky 0-5

The Result on the ice was 4-0 for DAB but it has been verified as a 5-0 win for the hosts as Nové Zámky failed to name a back-up goalie for the game.

Miskolc-Csíkszereda 5-3

Miskolc took a 3-0 lead after the first period of hockey, Tyler Metcalfe put Vladimir Dubek's pass into the net that that Roland Hajos followed up to make it 2-0, and Dezső Roczanov closed out the scoring in the period for the home team. Csíkszereda took one goal back in the second period as Vaclav Novak scored the only goal in the period from a Marek Curilla pass.

Denis Shvidki made it a one goal game in the early part of the third period but Miskolc woke up and got a goal back when Adrián Tóth scored a shorthanded goal. Csíkszereda again was able to get back within one when Novak set up Curilla for the goal but Metcalfe scored an empty netter when Csíkszereda pulled the goalie as they tried to tie the game up.

FTC-Brasov 1-4

In an effort to get out of a slump Ferencváros hosted Brasov.

The home team took a 1-0 lead at the 12:06 mark of the first period when Gábor Kiss put the pass from Gergely Borbás past Brasov keeper Patrik Polc. The game remained 1-0 in favor of the home team for the rest of the first and all of the second period.

Zsombor Antal tied it up 1-1 twenty seconds into the third period, they pulled away later in the period with two quick goals. Newly acquired Csanád Fodor setup Tivadar Petres for the go ahead goal and martin Saluga made it 3-1, Saluga scored an empty net goal with 9 seconds left in the game to make it 4-1.
