MOL League: Visitors win 4-2 in both games

Diósgyőr was hoping to put some space between themselves and MAC, they traveled to Dunájváros without Levente Szilágyi and Jesse Dudás, the league leaders had Attila Adorján in net. Mike McCann was out of the lineup for the home team who had Dávid Duschek in net. Diósgyőr had a 3-0 lead after the first twenty minutes, first Jarkko Leppanen set up Adrián Tóth for the short handed goal, in the last five minutes of the period Roland Hajós scored twice In the second period Dunaújváros final got on the board by the way of Gergely Borbés who took a pass from MIchael Vazan and put it past Adorján, 19 seconds later Zoltán Revák cut it to a one goal game. Before the period was out DVTK was back up by two goals when Adrián Tóth scored his second one of the night. The score remained 4-2 through the rest of the second period and all through the third.

FTC-UTE 2-4

After losing on home ice during the 60th anniversary celebration night, UTE was looking to get back at Ferencváros. Fradi was still without Olivér Ágoston and Attila Rafaj with Krisztián Budai in net, on the other side Ales Sile got the start. Péter Gágyor opened up the scoring in the 9th minute when he put a rebound into the empty net. Later in the period Joona Mannien stuffed home a rebound with Juha Hietamaki getting the assist. Gábor Kiss gave Ferencváros the first lead of the game with a nice wrap around goal, but 19 seconds later Ádám Pichler gunned the puck home from the right faceoff dot to tie it up at 2-2. the score would remain the same through the second period and deep into the third. With less than five minutes to play Eric Pance skated in on a breakaway and put the puck between Budai’s legs, minutes later Károl Csányi scored the insurance go as UTE took home the three points.
