MOL League: Week 14 Review

The short week has come and gone, the bottom of the table has stayed the same, the top has taken another shuffling. Nové Zámky has a one point lead over Miskolc and DAB.Docler, Dunaújváros has played one less game than the other two.

Miskolc was able to keep pace with the league lead against Debrecen who was on a four game winning streak. Miskolc lead from start to finish, the win against DHK was what the team needed to get out of their second dip of the season. Keegan Dansereau carried the team for the first part of the game with his two goals in the game, in the 5-2 win.

There was no early Christmas in Csíkszereda as HSC lost 4-1 to Brasov for the second time in three days, Brasov beat Csíkszereda for the Romanian Cup. After a scoreless first period Brasov took off, Csanád Fodor was the leading scorer with two goals and an assist.

In a game that had first place in the MOL League on the line Nové Zámky came to play as the visiting team in Dunaújváros, the NZ defence on let two goals in as Erik Weissmann provided all the offense with his hattrick.
