Here are some videos and unfortunate news regarding the first match day of the World Championships against Slovakia.
Bálint Magosi watched the third period from the end of the bench in street clothes. He took a shot off of the same leg that he had broken earlier in the season. Miklós Rajna played the full game, however, he reinjured his ribs. The players were X-rayed as a percaution after the game, the good news is both are fine.
Kalvin Sagert was not so lucky as he had a redirected puck go off his head. He was taken to the hospital after the game with concussion symptoms, the player is in good hands as the team doctor is on top of everything.
Hungary will face-off against Canada at 12:15 local time.
