
Head coach Rich Chernomaz has announced his roster for the upcoming Olympic Qualifying Tournament that will be taking place between February 11th through the 14th.
During the tournament Hungary will be taking on Poland, Estonia and Lithuania with the winner moving on to the next round. This is the first time the the national team is playing in front of a home crowd since winning promotion to the A-Pool last April.
The team will be opening up camp at the Tüskecsarnok on the 8th with the roster cuts coming on the 10th with the team moving on to the László Papp Budapest Sports Arena.
The roster is made up of 33 players with Bence Stipsicz and Márk Szaller being called into the national team for the first time with Vilmos Galló also never playing a game. There have been players from five different Hungarian teams called into the national team.
One player missing form the squad is Viktor Tokaji who has deceided to hang up the national team jersey, more information about his decision can be found here.
