The U18 national team is holding a two day minicamp in the Tüskecsarnok on October 6-7, part of the coaching staff is current Dunaújváros forward Imre Peterdi.
Yesterday you had a MOL League game and today you are here with the U18, what's this like?
Yes I had a game yesterday but it always great when you get called into the national team either as a player or a coach, it's an honor that I can be here.
What functions do you have on the staff?
I am a guest coach and I am just watching and trying to help the guys where I can and I also try to learn when and where I can. In Dunaújváros I have already started to coach and I am having a lot of fun.
What age groups are you working with in Dunaújváros?
I am coaching the U14 and U16 teams with Hunor Strenk, and I am also passing on what I know to the MOL League team as well.
How does coaching and playing fit together?
I don’t have any scheduling problems, however how much energy do I have is another question. I will say that I won't be playing every game this season. I am coach first and a player second this season, I won’t be traveling to Transylvania this coming road trip.
You are still playing now but in the near future will you be a constant fixture on the bench for one of the teams?
I would really like to and that is the goal to finish as high as possible, we hope that we can create something that people will remember.
