The Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation has the idea of a U25 league in the works for the 2016-2017 hockey season. The idea is to have a league for players who have outgrown the U20 but are just under the level of playing regularly in the MOL League.
Players born after January 1st 1992 and there will be no restrictions on how many players can play up from the U20 and U18 age groups. This will have the same rules and regulations and TAO restrictions as the U20 league.
