Rich Chernomaz and the coaching staff have announced the second round of roster cuts after the 3-0 loss to Slovenia.
The roster was trimmed by eight players as three defencemen and five forwards were sent home, the roster went from 39 players down to 31.
Not making the cut were defensmen Balázs Gőz, Arnold Varga and Tamás Pozsgai as well as forwards Áron Reisz, Tamás Sárpátki, Ladislav Sikorcin, Karol Csányi and Balázs Somogyi.
