Max. of players 16 in group!
SCHEDULE:
– Each group will have ( 2.times ice in the morning and 2.times ice in afternoon ) with
15.min break for clean ice.
– Every player get 4x session on ice in Two Days
CONTENTS OF TRAINING ON-ICE:
– Powerskating is preparatory excersises for skating technique forwards and backwards
– Efectivity skating – control edges ( inside, outside ) tight turns, crossovers ( forwards,
backwards ) transitions ( forwards to backwards and upside )
– Puck control – carry puck on one hand, two hands
– Accelarition and explosive skating
