As mentioned before the U15 and U16 national teams were taking part in two tournaments in two separate locations. The 1999 age group were playing in a 4 Nations tournament in Kaposvár whereas the 2000 age group as playing in a similar tournament in St.Pölten Austria, both teams played two games on thursday.
The U16 started great as they beat the Austrian national team 4-3 and the Slovenians 8-5 in Kaposvár, today they will face the Italians at 12:30, tomorrow the eliminations stage of the tournament starts.
The U15 played the U17 squad of the Okanagan Academy in St.Pölten, the Hungarians lead for most of the game but the Academy was able to tie the game up and win it in the end 4-3. The late game for the U15 squad was the Slovenians where they lead from start to finish and secured a 2-1 victory. Today at 15:40 they will face the Italians and tomorrow they will close the tournament out against the Austrians.
