U18 beats Ruzinov

Hungary-Ruzinov 5-3
The Hungarian U18 national team played their first of three exhibition against the Slovak club Ruzinov, Glen Williamson gave Kristóf Nagy the start in net. Ruzinov went up 1-0 on their first shift of the game however Hungary managed to settled down as the period went on Donát Szita tied the game up and minutes later Andor Péter flipped the score. In the opening minutes of the second period Péter scored his second goal of the game to make it 3-1. Ruczanov answered back with two goals of their own later in the period to make it 3-3 as the teams headed into the final twenty minutes. Benedek Madácsi and Patrik Szécsi would each score in the third period to give Hungary the 5-3 win.

Assistant coach András Horváth: This was the first of three exhibitions games, we have some things to work on the guys are not where we would like them to be. The first thing we wanted was them to start them to get used to the game play. We will be rotating the players until we have the final roster during the next two exhibition games.

Forward Patrik Kiss: It was great step forward to get the guys working together, we started a bit slow but as the game went on we got ourselves together and we pulled out the win despite playing without one line.
