Glen Williamson and his coaching staff have announced a 57 man roster for the upcoming U18 training camp and tournaments in Slovenia and Poland.
With almost sixty players hitting the level that Williamson and his coaching staff believe is needed to make the U18 World Championships it clear that two tournaments would be needed. The “A” team is traveling to Slovenia to take on Italy, France and the host country Slovenia with the “B” team traveling north to take on Austria, Ukraine and Poland.
The first day and a half will be the same for all 57 players as the team will have two scirmages on Monday, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The Tuesday morning scrimmage will be followed by roster cuts and the roster will be split into two. The two separate rosters will have separate on ice practice with the teams traveling on Wednesday and having a night ice session at the tournament sight.
