
The U18 4 Nations Tournament that was held in Debica Poland, the Hungarian team took on the host nation on the last day.
The soldout crowd had the opportunity to see a high scoring and intense game. Because of illness head coach Bence Svasznek was only able to dress two lines for the game and only one goalie was available there for Kristóf Dobos was the starting goalie.
The first period produced five goals as the home team closed the first twenty minutes with a 3-2 lead. In the second period the goals kept on coming for both sides but Hungary managed to flip the score as they took a 6-4 lead into the final period. The final period brought three goals in total with Hungary holding on for the 7-6 win.
Zoltán Erdei finished with a hat trick and Dávid Sebestyén put two past the Polish keeper as well.
