After having the weekend off Glen Williamson and his coaching staff is back at it again, this time with the U18 national team.
The 1998 half of the U18 age group has opened their first training camp of the season in the Tüskesátor. Coach Williamson has called in a total 30 players, 5 goalies, 14 defencemen and 21 forwards. The roster can be found here. The training camp will be followed by a four nations tournament in Debica Poland where they will face the U18 team of Austria and the host nation Poland, along with the U16 team of Slovakia.
Monday the squad will go through two on ice practices and one off ice session, with another ice practice on Tuesday before the roster cuts are made. The team will have a Tuesday afternoon practice and one Wednesday in Poland. Both Thursday and Friday they will have a practice followed by a game in the afternoon, with Saturday having their last game.
