
After winning the EBJL title against MAC the night before, Fehérvár was back at it against MAC for the Hungarian title in the fifth and final game.
Game1
AV19-MAC 5-1
Martine Szeles was in net for the home team with the visiting MAC starting Boldizsár Győri in net. Patrik Kiss gave Volán a 1-0 lead in the first period. Early in the second miklós Gyurgyev made it 2-0. Dániel Erdélyi-Nagy cut into the Volán lead but in the third period they scored three unanswered goals by Bence Makovics, Gergő Vincze and Ákos Nagy to pull away for the win.
Game 2
MAC-AV19 4-2
MAC switched goalies as Kristóf Nagy took the place of Győri in net, Volán stayed with Szeles. The home team took a 1-0 lead in the opening minutes of the period on a goal by Barnabás Majoross. Later in the period in less than a minute span MAC went up 3-0 when Dávid Sebestyén and Nándor Fejes scored. Donát Szita and Gyurgyev each scored in the second period to make it a one goal game but Brúnó Kreisz scored to give MAC a two goal win.
Game 3
AV19-MAC 4-3
The same two goalies were in net as in game two, Fehérvár took an early lead 16 seconds in on a goal by Madácsi, later in the period Majoross and Mirko Djumic scored to flip the score. In the second Kreisz scored a shorthanded goal to put MAC up 3-1, before the period was out Andor Péter scored a power play goal to make it a one goal game. In the closing minutes of the game the home team scored twice to grab the victory on goals by Dávid Szabó and Hunor Császár.
Game 4
MAC-AV19 5-1
Szeles stayed in net for Fehérvár but Győri was back in net for MAC. The home team had a 2-0 lead after the first period as Sebestyén scored a shorthanded goal early, with Erik Csicsák doubling the lead. Roland Kiss scored a power play goal to cut the lead in half however MAC scored twice in the second and once in the third as Ákos Szigeti and Gergely Tóth scored the third and fourth goals with Richárd Kedves scoring the last one.
Game 5
AV19-MAC 2-1
The fifth and final game of the series was the lowest scoring of them all. The same goalies who started game four were back in net for game five. Gyurgzev opened up the scoring for Fehérávár with Szabolcs Mogyorósi tieing it up in the second period. In the third period Ákos Nagy scored the lone goal which would end up being the game winner and the gold medal clinching shot.
