After the international break teams were back at it again with games only on Friday and Sunday

DAB-Miskolc 0-3

Miskolc traveled to Dunaújváros in search of their first win under new coach Bob Dever.
The game was a battle of the goalies as both Dávid Gyenes and Peter Sevela had a clean sheet through the first two periods of play.
Miskolc was finally able to break the deadlock as Roland Hajós scored 6:36 into the third period. Hajás doubled the lead at 47:53 with Vladimir Dubek scoring the third Miskolc goal in a span of just over two minutes.

UTE-Brasov 0-5

It took some time for the visiting Brasov side to get their legs going, with less than a minute left in the first period Martin Saluga set up Csaba Nagy for the equal strength goal.
Kevin Wehrs, the league leader in points among blueliners made it 2-0 on a shorthanded goal early in the second period.
With the teams almost even for shots on goal Patrik Polc had a shutout whereas József Pleszkán let in three more goal in the third period. Róbert Péter scored in between two Saluga even strength goals.

FTC-Csíkszereda 5-1

Fradi scored early in the game a Dusan Sijka goal against a Csíkszereda team that looked like they were still on the bus, two minutes later Csanád Fodor poked in a shot from Zoltán Pál to make it 2-0. Jere Ölander made it 3-0 on a beautiful snipe off the faceoff from the top of the left faceoff circle.
The lone goal of the second period was a breakaway goal by Antti Ojanen who skated in untouched from center ice and beat Gellért Ruczuj with a dirty dangle. A Tamás Bíró power play goal ended the shutout for Michal Meravy. Norbert Dancsfalvi punched in the past goal for the 5-1 win.
"Everything has started to click lately as the team is on the same page," said Fodor after the game.

DAB-Brasov 3-2

The visitors looked to open up a lead at the top of the table, as DAB tried to stay within striking distance. After a scoreless first period Peter Huba made it 1-0 twenty two seconds into the second period, Dávid Szappanos doubled the lead for the home team. In the third period the visiting Brasov team came back from being two goals down when Kevin Wehrs set up Levente Zsók for a powerplay goal. Brasov's own Finnish Flash tied it up at two with just over ten minutes left, Róbert Péter had the assist.
In overtime Victor Lindgren beat Patrik Polc for the game winner.

UTE-Csíkszereda 3-5

The home team looked to get their first win of the season against a Csíkszereda team that has been in a bit of a slump.
Tamás Farkas opened up the scoring as the visitors took a 1-0 lead 8:40 into the game, fourteen seconds later Ervin Moldován scored to make it 2-0. Playing his second game for UTE Québécois Mikael Hamann pulled the home team back to within one.
Early in the second period Tamás Bíró set up Tihamér Becze for the 5 on 3 powerplay goal and less than a minute later Vacláv Novák made it 4-1 with a power play goal of his own. Lőrinc Farkas scored on the man advantage for the purple and white to make it 4-2. Moldován's second goal of the night put the difference back to three.
The last goal of the night was a nice tic-tac-toe passing combination from Róbert Dömötör and Roscoe Sweeney with Csaba Virág being the beneficiary and tapping the puck into an empty cage.
After the hard loss coach János Ancsin said "if a couple lucky bounces go the other way than this is a different game". "I feel like we are visibly getting better every game, we are almost there," said David Coleman.

FTC-Nové Zámky 5-6 So

The Green Eagles looked to keep pace with the lead pack in the standings as the visitors looked to keep pace with the league leader.
Marek Dubec made it 1-0 early in that match which would end up becoming a high scoring meeting. At 14:18 FTC team captain Ákos Berta tied things up at one all. The teams swapped goals to head into the first intermission 2-2 with Erik Weissmann scoring for the Slovak side and Norbert Dancsfalvi for Fradi.
Less than a minute into the second Onrej Stefanka scored a shorthanded goal but FTC was able to bounce back as Arnold Feil scored to make it 3-3 like in the first period the teams swapped goals as Zoltán Pál scored for the home side and Pavel Pavesic beat Michal Meravy to send the teams all even into the third period.
In the third period both teams scored in a span of 65 seconds, first Weissmann had his second of the game on a power play and István Mestyán had an even strength goal to send the game into overtime.
After a scoreless OT Weissman's penalty shot looked to the one that decided the game.
