After a short week the MOL League is back with a full slate of games where anything can happen and the standings could get a nice shuffle to them. DAB.Docler is still at the top of the table, six points clear of second place Miskolc. UTE is sitting in the last playoff spot and only a two point lead over Ferencváors.
UTE-HSC, Friday at 18:00
The last time Csíkszereda played at Újpest the home team won 4-1, there has been a lot of change at Újpest as they have brought in three new players where as HSC will be coming with the same team from start of the season
DHK-Brasov, Friday at 18:00
Debrecen has picked up one point in the two games where they faced Brasov. Artyom Vaszjunyin is back from starting the season injured but Balázs Ladányi is still out. Brasov has not had the rest of the international break like Debrecen has. Debrecen could end their losing streak to Brasov.
FTC-DAB, Friday at 19:00
Ferencváros has lost to DAB.Docler six straight time, the last time FTC was able to beat DAB was just over a year ago last October 28th in a 6-5 shootout win. Starting goalie Robert Martin is out with an injury. UTE gave the league leaders a scare on Wednesday night but in the end they came away with the three points.
DAB-HSC, Saturday at 17.00
Dunaújváros will be back on the ice less than 24 hours after their Friday night game. With CSíkszereda at the bottom of the table Don MacLean could rest some of the veteran players for the game.
Miskolc-Brasov, Saturday at 19:00
The two times the teams had played each other this season both games ended in a shootout with the visiting team winning 3-2. As highscore that Miskolc has become it looks like Brasov has been the only team to slow them down. This game could produce a shutout for one of the goalies.
DHK-NZ, Sunday at 18:00
For the defending champions Debrecen has become somewhat of a problem for them as the first time the two teams met Nové Zámky only won in overtime while the second match was a win for Debrecen. The last time the two teams faced off against each other Nové Zámky won a close game 4-3.
FTC-UTE, Sunday at 19:00
Újpest is going for win number four against their crosstown rivals Ferencváros, both teams have brought in new players during the break. Where UTE went for young Hungarian players FTC brought in veteran imports, it will be interesting what was the better choice, youth or experience.
NZ-HSC, Monday at 18:00
Nové Zámky has won both meetings this season between the two teams, and with Csíkszereda closing out a three game road trip it will be hard for them to pull off the upset.
DAB-Brasov, Monday at 18:30
This is the third time the two teams are facing each other, however there is a silver lining for Brasov, the last time they played in Dunaújváros the Transylvanian club picked up a point in the shootout win against the league leaders.
Miskolc-UTE, Monday at 19:00
In the two games that these teams have play Miskolc has outscored Újpest 16-1. However UTE has since become the club that none of the league leaders want to face because it is not guaranteed that they will always pick up the three points against the 6th place team.
FTC-DHK, Tuesday at 19:00
If Debrecen wins at Ferencváros, which would be the first time this year FTC could be on an eight game losing streak and will be testing the patience of the management toward the coaching staff.
