The Women’s U15 national team started the season with a one day training camp at the Tüskecsarnok.

The training camp brought together 53 girls born between 2002 and 2005 for the talent program this afternoon at the Tüskecsarnok.

The quick one day minicamp was made up of two ice sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In between the two practices the girls had lunch as well as a theory lesson as well.

The camp had a great environment as the girls took advantage of playing with other girls who normally play on boys teams throughout the season.

“The girls born in 2001 have been bumped up to the U18 age group, it was great to see that there are so many talented girls coming up through the system. There were about 10-15 girls who are not exactly at the level that we would like but we are working on raising their skill level to the rest of the roster. I think that overall the U15 team will be pretty good and I am happy to see there there is a constant inflow of talent into the sport” said assistant coach András Kis.
